URA has released two residential sites at Pine Grove, Marina Gardens Lane. These are part of the Government Land Sale (GLS) programme. Each parcel can yield two to four storeys, and the maximum building height is 153m (Singapore Height Datum). The plot ratio is 2.1.
Pine Grove (Parcel A) is a 2.1 plot ratio site with potential for about 520 residential units. The site is adjacent to the Clementi and Dover MRT stations, and is within walking distance to several major amenities. Pine Grove is located in the Central West area of Singapore. The area is also home to a number of popular primary schools, including Henry Park Primary School and Parc Clematis.
Pine Grove is close to Clementi, where a variety of schools are nearby. The site is located in the heart of the regional district, near shopping malls, good schools, and the MRT. It is expected to sell for between S$1,250 and $1,300 psf. It is likely to be affordable even for those with limited income.
The development is located near Tampines Regional Centre and Tampines Hub, Singapore’s first integrated community hub. It was initially mooted in 2011 and completed in 2016. It was officially opened in January 2017. The neighbourhood is also close to Changi Airport and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
Bukit Timah EC site
Bukit Timah is a prime location to live in Singapore, especially if you are looking for a central location for your family.
